新媒体环境下高校辅导员开展社会主义核心价值观教育的长效机制研究

A Study on the Long-term Mechanism of College Counselors' Cultivation of Socialist Core Values in the New Media Environment

无人不网、无处不网、无时不网是全程媒体、全息媒体、全员媒体和全效媒体下大学生日常学习、工作及生活的"新常态"。高等学校组织实施的社会主义核心价值观培育与践行,关乎大学生健全人格形成,关乎高等教育发展质量,关乎中国特色社会主义事业发展方向,关乎党的事业后继有人这些重大而现实的问题。以全程媒体、全息媒体、全员媒体和全效媒体为主要特点的新媒体环境为大学生社会主义核心价值观培育和践行带来了重大机遇与挑战,新形势下辅导员必须顺应时代发展潮流,坚持目的性与导向性、系统性与开放性、显性与隐形教育、教育与自我教育相结合的原则。坚持强化领导与导向、优化运行与控制、重视认同与接受、深化激化与约束、完善评估与反馈的路径选择。

The fact that no one doesn't surf the net everywhere and all the time becomes the“new normal”of college students'daily study,work and life under the“whole media,holographic media,all-staff media,and all-effective media”.The cultivation and practice of socialist core values organized and implemented by colleges are related to these major and realistic issues including the development of students'sound personality,the quality of higher education development,the direction of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the succession of the Communist Party of China.The new media environment characterized by whole media,holographic media,all-staff media and total-effective media has brought major opportunities and challenges to the cultivation and practice of college students'socialist core values.Under the new situation,counselors must follow the trend of the times and actively grasp the principles of cultivating students'core values in the new media environment:adhering to the purpose and orientation,systematic in combination with openness,explicitness and invisibility education,and education and self-education.Meanwhile counselors must continuously strengthen leadership and guidance,optimize operation and control,attach importance to identification and acceptance,deepen intensification and restraint,and improve the construction of assessment and feedback mechanisms.
