麝香通心滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病临床研究

Clinical Study on Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills Combined with Amlodipine Besylate for Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察麝香通心滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将300例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为2组;对照组150例单纯给予苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,治疗组150例在对照组的基础之上加用麝香通心滴丸治疗,疗程均为6周;观察比较2组临床疗效、血压变化及不良反应情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.33%,对照组为86.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组血压下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为0.67%,对照组为4.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香通心滴丸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with amlodipine besylate for hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 300 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,150 cases in each group.The control group was simply treated with amlodipine besylate,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for six weeks.The clinical effect,the changes of blood pressure and the adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.33%in the treatment group and 86.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of blood pressure in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0.67%in the treatment group and 4.67%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with amlodipine besylate has better curative effect than that of simple western medicine,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
