骨伤膏离子导入治疗下肢骨折临床研究

Clinical Study on Gushang Ointment Iontophoresis for Lower Limb Fractures

目的:观察骨伤膏离子导入治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:将下肢胫腓骨骨折患者90例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。所有患者均采用切开复位内固定术治疗,对照组在此基础上加用骨伤膏外敷治疗,治疗组应用骨伤膏离子导入治疗;12天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,并随访至术后3个月;观察比较2组患者X线检查评分和双侧跟骨骨密度[以骨质量指数(BQI)进行评价],并统计2组临床疗效。结果:愈合率治疗组为91.11%;对照组为73.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第1、2、3个月,治疗组患者X线评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后所有患者双侧BQI值均有所下降;治疗后第1、2、3个月,治疗组患肢BQI值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨伤膏离子导入可促进下肢骨折愈合,改善患肢骨质疏松状况。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Gushang ointment iontophoresis for lower limb fractures.Methods:Ninety patients with tibia and fibula fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation;the control group was additionally treated with Gushang plaster;the treatment group was additionally treated with Gushang ointment iontophoresis.Both groups were treated for two courses,twelve days being one course,and were followed up for three months.The scores of X-ray examination and the bilateral calcaneus bone mineral density evaluated by bone mass index(BQI)in the two groups were observed and compared,and the clinical effect in the two groups was calculated.Results:The total healing rate was 91.11%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After the first,second and third months of treatment,the scores of X-ray in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the BQI value of all patients were decreased when compared with those before treatment;after the first,second and third months of treatment,the values of BQI of affected limbs in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Gushang ointment iontophoresis can promote the healing of lower limb fractures and improve the osteoporosis of affected limbs.
