隔药饼灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床研究概况

An Overview of Clinical Study on Moxibustion with Herbal Cake for Dysmenorrhea of Congealing Cold with Blood Stasis Type

随着隔药饼灸技术的发展,其治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效确切,方法简便,已被广泛应用于临床。由于药饼种类多样,穴位选取也无统一标准,笔者通过总结隔药饼灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经具体方式、方法,发现对于寒凝血瘀型痛经患者,临床一般采用温经活血、辛温芳香的中药制成药饼,放置神阙穴进行隔药饼灸治疗,临床效果显著,治疗周期短,可为临床治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经提供参考。

Objective:Moxibustion with herbal cake has been widely used in clinical practice,for the reason that,as its development,it has become a simple method that has definite curative effect in treating dysmenorrheal of congealing cold with blood stasis type.Although there is a variety of herbal cake and no unified standard for point selection,the authors summarized the specific methods of moxibustion with herbal cake in treating dysmenorrheal of congealing cold with blood stasis type,and had the following findings:in clinical practice,the herbal cake is generally made from Chinese medicine that can warm the meridian to activate blood and is pungent and warm with aroma,and is applied to moxibustion at Shenque(CV8).Such treatment has significant clinical effect and short treatment cycle,which can provide reference for the treatment of dysmenorrhea of coagulating cold with blood stasis type.
