摘要
文章结合服务器液冷系统的工艺特点,使用S7-200 PLC和变频器实现了对系统的流量、温度、压力、电动阀的控制,以及数据采集、报警输出,并对系统硬件、软件、控制逻辑等多个层面进行了全面的介绍。
Based on the technological characteristics of the server liquid cooling system,S7-200 PLC and frequency converter are used to realize the control of the flow,temperature,pressure and electric valve of the system,and the data acquisition and alarm output.The hardware,software and control logic of the system are introduced comprehensively.
