摘要
为解决某发电集团煤渣回收利用问题,设计了三条回转窑,每条回转窑使用2台235 kW西门子交流变频电机,电机通过齿轮刚性连接到一起驱动其运转。文章介绍了其电流反馈设计、转速调节器设计与双变频拖动通信方式设计,给出了主变频器控制原理图,并阐述了实际应用效果。结果表明,该设备完全达到设计要求,获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to solve the problem of coal cinder recycling and utilization in a power generation group,three rotary kilns are designed.Each rotary kiln uses two 235 kW Siemens AC variable frequency motors,which are rigidly connected by gears to drive their operation.This paper introduces its current feedback design,speed regulator design,and dual-frequency drive communication design,gives the main inverter control schematic diagram,and illustrates the practical application effect.The results show that the equipment fully meets the design requirements and achieves good economic and social benefits.
