融合微气象实时监测信息提升架空线路输送能力的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 文章研究了基于时间-空间尺度的合理布点监测技术,提出了温度-负荷-时间协同约束的限额精准预测及多级安全预警策略,深度融合微气象实时监测信息,实现了架空线路输送能力的动态提升。运行实例证明,该策略使得监测装置可以全景动态感知被监测架空输电通道的微气象运行环境,精准预测输电线路安全运行负荷限额和安全运行时间限额,为实现输电线路热稳定限额动态化、精益化管理,有效解决输送通道阻塞问题,提供了实时、动态、可视化的信息支撑。同时,为电网短期规划、相邻输电通道新(改、扩)建项目,提供电力微气象历史信息支持。 This paper studies a reasonable stationing monitoring technology based on time-space scale,proposes the accurate ampere-capacity limit forecasting and multi-level safety pre-warning strategies for temperature-load-time cooperative constraints,deeply integrates micro-meteorological real-time monitoring information to realize the dynamic improvement of the transmission capacity of overhead lines.The operation example proves that the strategy enables the monitoring device to panoramically and dynamically sense the micro-meteorological operating environment around overhead transmission corridors and accurately forecast the safe operating load limit and time limit of the transmission line,and provide real-time,dynamic and visual information support to achieve dynamic and lean management of the thermal stability limit of the transmission line and effectively solve the problem of transmission corridor obstruction.Meanwhile,it also provides support for historical information on power micrometeorology for the short-term planning and new(modification,expansion)construction projects of adjacent transmission corridors in the power grid.
