摘要
国内某电厂循环流化床锅炉在运行过程中频繁出现分离器进口烟道积灰,导致“靶区”位置上移,引发分离器多次爆管,造成较大的经济损失。为此,现场对原先的防堵吹扫风管进行了技术改造,将从侧面进风改为从底部进风吹向分离器,从而大大减少了积灰,延长了机组运行时间。
During the operation of a circulating fluidized bed boiler in a domestic power plant,ash accumulation in the inlet flue of the separator frequently occurred,causing the"target area"to move up and causing the separator to burst multiple times,which caused large economic losses.To this end,the original anti-blocking purge duct was technically modified on site.The air inlet from the side was changed to the air inlet from the bottom to the separator,which greatly reduced the ash accumulation and prolonged the operation time of the unit.
