新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发,对口腔颌面外科的手术和围手术期护理带来了巨大的挑战。手术室是一个相对密闭的场所,如何最大限度减少手术过程中新型冠状病毒传播的风险是一个重要的问题。该文围绕疫情期间开展手术运行的整个过程及口腔颌面外科手术收治特点,按照院感染管理规范,制定了颌面外科手术管理流程及人员职责,内容涉及术前、术中、术后及手术操作中的防控关键点,保证了颌面外科手术的正常进行。

The outbreak of COVID-19 brought great challenge and risk to the oral and maxillofacial surgery and the perioperative nursing care.As operation room is a relatively enclosed sapce,how to avoid the risk of spreading of the dreadful disease is utmost important.Current report described the whole management process and infection control protocols in oral and maxillofacial surgery operation room,which are based on the hospital infection control protocol.And we made out a new workflow and some regulations on managing the operation room of oral and maxillofacial surgery and personnel protection.The new protocol turned out to be very effective for carrying on oral and maxillofacial surgery and infection control since no COVID-19 infection was reported in our hospital during the period of epidemic.
