新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期口腔医院护理管理规范(四)——颌面外科急诊患者护理规范及实践

The standard management of nursing care for stomatologic hospitals during the epidemic period of COVID-19(Ⅳ):Nursing protocols and practice for oral and maxillofacial emergency patients

介绍新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)疫情期间口腔颌面外科急诊患者救治过程中的护理防控措施。通过制定防疫流程、严格患者及家属陪同管理、落实病房区域内的消毒措施、指导培训护理人员开展标准预防下的护理工作、加强患者心理护理,成功为23例颌面外科急诊患者进行了护理治疗。该本文将为疫情期间口腔颌面外科急诊救治的护理防控工作提供参考。

The new coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection had been raged in China since December,2019.This study was aimed to introduce the preventive and control measures of nursing care for the emergency patients in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery.In order to treat the patients safely and efficiently,we made some standard regulations for patient admission,which included adding specialized nurse position in ward,strengthening management for the patients and companions,and implementing thorough disinfection in all possibly contaminated areas after the emergency treatment.And during the treatment,we conducted psychological counseling and nursing to the patients.Our experience will provide references for establishing a comprehensive preventive and control measures of nursing care for maxillofacial emergency patients during the outbreak of COVID-19.
