Improvement of sampling method of throat swabs during the epidemic period of COVID-19

基于新型冠状病毒引发肺炎疫情的迅速发展和扩散,咽拭子核酸检测为一线医务人员不可避免但又高危的操作,针对这一现状,本文对传统咽拭子取样过程进行改良,以期达到降低医务人员感染率、增加取样准确率的目的。

Throat swab sampling for nucleic acid test is an inevitable but high-risk operation for the first-line medical staff in the antiepdemic against corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).This paper introduces the improvesment of the throat swab sampling process in order to reduce the infection rate of medical staff and increase the accuracy of sampling.
