三种消毒剂浸泡消毒对硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性影响的研究

A study of silicone impression dimensional stability subjected to disinfection by three disinfectants

目的:评价卡瓦液、优氯净、戊二醛浸泡消毒对硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性的影响。方法:以教学用下颌标准树脂牙列模型为母模,分别用3M、GC 2种硅橡胶印模材料制取标准印模,将印模分别浸泡入3种消毒剂(实验组)和自来水(对照组)内规定时间后取出用超硬石膏灌注模型,用CT扫描三维重构技术测量设定点间的距离,组间比较,评价3种消毒剂相应时间对模型尺寸稳定性的影响。结果:3种消毒剂之间比较,实验组与对照组比较,对3M、GC 2种加成型硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性无显著差异。结论:3种消毒剂对硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性无影响。

Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of imprisson model disinfected respectively by 3 Cavicide,2%potentiated glutaraldehyde and 1%Sodium dichloroisocganurate.Methods:With mandibular standard model as the master pattern,3 M and GC polyvinyl siloxanes impressions were made and immersed in disinfectants(experimental groups)and tap water(control group)fetched for stipulated time,then standard casts were made with super had gypsum,the gypsum models were scanned by CT,the influence of immerse disinfection on dimensional stability was analyzed.Results:No obvious difference on dimensional stability of silicone impression was observed among all the experimental and control groups.Conclusion:The 3 disinfetants have no obvious influence on dimensional stability of silicone impression.
