摘要
为了研究异氟醚麻醉条件下高气腹压(15 mmHg)对犬呼吸循环参数及动脉血气的影响,为腹腔镜技术在小动物临床推广提供一定的理论依据,将12只健康本地犬分为对照组和高气腹压组,在异氟醚麻醉下建立高气腹压并监测该过程中呼吸循环及动脉血气参数的变化。结果显示,与对照组相比,高气腹压组的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压、动脉血二氧化碳分压和动脉血总二氧化碳含量显著升高(P<0.05),动脉血pH值显著降低(P<0.05)。表明在异氟醚麻醉条件下,高气腹压会对犬的呼吸循环及动脉血气参数造成影响,在短时间内使用高气腹压是可行的,但必须加强监护以保证其安全性。
In order to study the effect of high pneumoperitoneum pressure on respiratory-circulatory parameters and arterial blood gas in dogs during isoflurane anesthesia.12 healthy dogs were randomly divided into two groups:control group and high pneumoperitoneum pressure group.The changes of circulation system and arterial blood gas parameters were observed during pneumoperitoneum.The results showed that the HR,RR,MAP,PCO2,tCO2 and pH of high pneumoperitoneum pressure group significantly changed compared with control group(P<0.05),while the changes of PO2 and SO2 were not significant.It suggests indicated that the respiratory-circulatory parameters and arterial blood gas parameters are affected by high pneumoperitoneum pressure.
