腹泻犬肠道分离菌的鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 本试验从9例有腹泻症状的病犬分离菌株并进行16S rDNA鉴定、药敏试验及耐药基因检测,分离得到12株菌株,经鉴定有8株大肠杆菌、3株绿脓杆菌和1株粪肠球菌。药敏试验显示,12株分离菌对临床常用的3大类抗菌药物均产生了耐药性,对氨苄西林、庆大霉素和恩诺沙星耐药率较高。β-内酰胺酶耐药基因blaTEM和blaSHV检出率均为100%;ESBL-抗生素耐药基因blaCTX-M-8的检出率为83.3%。氨基糖苷类耐药基因aac(3)-Ⅱ、aac(6’)-Ib、aacC2检出率分别为100%、66.7%、41.7%。氟喹诺酮类耐药基因qnrS和qepA的检出率分别为83.3%、58.3%。因此,药敏试验与耐药基因检测结果均表明犬腹泻分离菌株对临床常用3大类药物均已产生耐药性,且存在多重耐药现象。 To investigate the drug resistance on pathogenic bacteria from canine diarrhea,and to provide a theorical foundation for clinical administ ration,we identified and detected the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria from 9 cases with diarrhea.12 isolates including 8 E.coli,3 P.aeruginosa,and 1 E.faecalis were identified by 16S rDNA PCR test.Results of drug sensitive test showed that 12 isolates had drug resistance to β-lactam antibiotics,Aminoglycosides and Quinolones,and especially for Ampicillin,Gentamycin and Enoxacin.The detection rates of blaTEM,blaSHV,blaCTX-M-8,aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6’)-Ib,aacC2,qnrS and qepA resistance genes were 100%,100%,83.3%100%,66.7%,41.7%,83.3%and 58.3%,respectively.Therefore,the results of drug sensitivity test and drug resistance gene test both indicate that the isolated strains of canine diarrhea have developed resistance to the three commonly used drugs in clinical practice,and have multiple drug resistance phenomena.
