银黄可溶性粉治疗羊肺炎的试验观察

Treatment of Silver Yellow Soluble Powder on Sheep Pneumonia

银黄可溶性粉是金银花和黄芩的提取物,对呼吸道疾病有很好的治疗作用。本试验选取经确诊为肺炎的小尾寒羊为试验动物,将羊群随机分为4组,用不同剂量的银黄可溶性粉给药治疗,通过鼻腔分泌物的细菌分离、培养和生化鉴定,临床症状、病理剖检变化和肺部组织病理切片的观察,血常规指标的测定,来确定银黄可溶性粉对羊肺炎的治疗效果。结果表明,该病的主要致病菌是链球菌和肺炎双球菌,病羊咳嗽,呈纤维素性肺炎,嗜中性粒细胞明显增多。每只羊连续使用银黄可溶性粉(1.0g/d)10 d,各项指标恢复正常,效果最佳,这为羊肺炎的中药治疗提供了依据。

Silver yellow soluble powder is the extract of Honeysuckle and Scutellaria,and has a good effect on respiratory diseases in clinical treatment.In this experiment,the small-tail sheep diagnosed as Pneumonia were selected and divided randomLy into four groups,and treated with different doses of silver yellow soluble powder.By the bacterial isolation,culture and biochemical identification of nasal secretions,observations of clinical symptoms,pathological changes,and pathological structure of lungs,and determinations of blood routine indices,we assessed the treatment effects of silver yellow soluble powder on the sheep Pneumonia.The results showed that the main pathogens were Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae,and the disease was characterized with cough,fibrinous Pneumonia,and significantly increased neutrophils.Continuous using 1.0g/d silver yellow soluble powder for 10 days,all indicators returned to normal levels,and the effect was the best.This provides the basis for the treatment of sheep Pneumonia.
