摘要
为优化CO2跨临界制冷循环系统,以达到能效和经济之间的平衡,提出?经济分析方法,并建立数学模型,模拟分析系统的COP、?效率及系统各部件的损、?经济成本等随气体冷却器出口温度升高的变化趋势。结果表明,系统的COP和?效率呈现下降趋势;各部件损除蒸发器略有下降外,压缩机、气体冷却器、节流阀的?损均有不同程度的增大;系统单位产品?成本呈现下降趋势;减小节流阀产生的?损有利于提高系统的效率。
In order to optimize the CO2 trans-critical refrigeration cycle system,achieving a balance between the efficiency and economy. Exergoeconomic analysis is proposed and the mathematical models are established,the variation trend of the COP,exergy efficiency,exergy loss of each component and the economic cost of exergy with the increase of the outlet temperature of the gas cooler is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the COP and the exergy efficiency decrease.The exergy loss of compressor,gas cooler and throttle all increase to different extent,except for a slight decrease of the evaporator. The cost per unit of exergy of the product also decline. Reducing exergy loss caused by throttle valve is conducive to improve the efficiency of the system.
