基于光谱分布差异修正的多晶硅组件PR模型研究

摘要 以天气修正的PR效率(performance ratio)计算模型为研究对象,提出一种基于光谱分布差异的峰值日照时数计算模型,通过对比分别用基于光谱分布差异的峰值日照时数计算模型和基于天气修正的辐照量的峰值日照时数计算模型计算得出PR产生的差异,分析太阳辐照度光谱分布差异对多晶硅组件PR效率的影响。统计研究结果表明PR与SCPR(spectrum-corrected performance ratio)相比,其值高约12.76%;SCPR的波动范围与PR相比较小;SCPR与PR的变化趋势相同。 Based on the research object of PR(Performance Ratio)efficiency calculation model modified by the weather,a calculation model of peak sunshine hours based on the spectral distribution difference is proposed. By comparing the deviation of PR that is calculated by the calculated model based on peak sunshine hours calculation and spectral distribution difference,the PR efficiency of polycrystalline silicon was analyzed. The results statistically show that the value of PR is about 12.76% higher than that of SCPR. The fluctuation range of SCPR is smaller than that of PR. The trend of SCPR and PR is similar.
