六方氮化硼薄膜光学透反射性质研究

摘要 六方氮化硼是一种天然双曲材料,具有两个剩余频率带.主要研究了s偏振光入射时,六方氮化硼薄膜剩余频率带内的透反射性质.研究表明,在两个剩余频率带内,反射率和透射率各自存在一个明显的反射谷和透射谷,且两者对应的频率位置相同.通过改变主光轴与薄膜表面之间的夹角可以进一步调控反射谷和透射谷对应的频率位置以及反射率与透射率的强度.另一方面,在两个剩余频率带内,反射与透射存在非倒易性. Hexagonal boron nitride has two reststrahlen frequency bands as a natural hyperbolic material. In this paper, the reflection and transmission properties of the hexagonal boron nitride film in the reststrahlen frequency bands when s-incident are studied. The result shows that there is an obvious reflection valley and transmission valley in each of the two reststrahlen frequency bands, and the corresponding frequency positions are the same. The frequency position corresponding to the reflection valley and the transmission valley, and the intensity of the reflectance and transmittance can be changed by adjusting the angle between the main optical axis and the surface of film. On the other way, the reflectance and transmittance are nonreciprocal in the two reststrahlen frequency bands.
