摘要
发射车调平是机动快速发射的关键技术之一,直接影响导弹发射准备时间。调平过程中支腿的载荷是支腿设计和调平策略制定的重要依据。根据发射车支腿调平过程的工作原理,通过理论分析,提出了一种利用悬架载荷传递特性和油气弹簧、轮胎刚度特性,计算悬架和轮胎总刚度,再根据力学平衡方程得到轮胎和支腿载荷的方法。利用Matlab编制了相应的计算程序,计算结果与多体动力学仿真结果误差在2%以内,验证了理论计算方法的正确性。
Leveling Process of launch vehicle is a key technology of mobile launch,which directly affects the preparation time of launch and the hit precision of the missiles.The load value in leveling process is important for the outrigger design.According to the working principle of leveling process of missile launch vehicle,a theoretical method is proposed and the calculation program is made in Matlab.Finally,the multi-body dynamics simulation model is established.And error of simulation result and theoretical result is less than 2%,which verified the correctness of theoretical analysis method.
