摘要
目的:了解试点地区公立医院医务人员的薪酬水平、薪酬构成及薪酬结构,为推进公立医院薪酬制度改革意见与建议。方法:通过机构调查,在抽取泸州、绵阳、南充和宜宾市试点公立医院中15 633名医务人员作研究对象,采用秩和检验和广义线性模型进行统计分析。结果:2017年医务人员年均收入为124 072元,同比增长14.86%;年均收入中浮动收入占74.08%;不同科室医务人员年均收入无明显差异(P>0.05),在调整其他变量后,不同用工性质的收入差距缩小,护士的收入与医生的差距缩小,技师(士)的收入高于医生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以公益性为导向,合理体现医务人员收入水平、调整薪酬构成、拉开不同岗位收入差距。
Objective:To understand the salary level,salary composition and salary structure of medical staff in public hospitals in pilot areas,and to provide policy suggestions for promoting the reform of salary system in public hospitals.Methods:Institutional survey was used to investigate salary status among 15633 medical staff selected from the pilot public hospitals in Luzhou,Mianyang,Nanchong and Yibin.Rank sum-test and multiple linear model were applied to implement statistical analysis.Results:The annual salary of medical staff was 124,072 yuan in 2017,up 14.86%year-on-year.Floating salary accounted for 74.08%of total annual salary.There was no significant difference in the average annual salary between different departments(P>0.05).After adjusting for other variables,the salary gap between different employment settings was narrow,the salary gap between nurses and doctors was narrow and the salary of technicians was higher than that of doctors(P<0.01).Conclusion:The income level of medical staff should be rea?sonably reflected,the composition of salary should be adjusted,the salary gab between different positions should be widened.
