多高层木结构抗震性能研究与设计方法综述 被引量:13

Seismic performance study and design method summary for multi-storey timber structures

摘要 由于城市人口密度增加和全球气候变化等因素,在城市开发过程中,建筑行业应当沿着绿色建筑的方向发展。多高层木结构建筑既能满足城市密集人口的住房需求,又具有建造用材可再生、施工过程绿色环保等优点,是未来城市发展的主旋律之一。系统梳理了近些年多高层木结构建筑的发展概况、介绍了常用的结构体系类别及存在的相关问题;从节点及结构体系两个层面,详细阐述了近些年在多高层木结构建筑抗震性能方面取得的一系列研究成果;概括了适用于多高层木结构建筑的抗震设计方法。针对多高层木结构建筑,从实际工程案例和理论研究现状两方面开展了系统的阐述,以期促进国内多高层木结构建筑的发展。 Due to the increasing density of the urban population and the change of the global climate,during the urban developing process,the construction industry should develop towards the goal of building green buildings.Multi-storey timber structures,which satisfy the housing requirements of urban dense population,have the advantages of using renewable construction materials and protecting the environment during construction.The multi-storey timber structure is one of the possible develop trends for the future urban buildings.The global development overview of multi-storey timber structures in recent years was provided.The commonly adopted structural categories for multi-storey timber structures and their existing problems were introduced.In terms of the connections and the structural systems,a series of study on the seismic performance of multi-storey timber structures were illustrated in detail,which was conducted in recent years.The structural seismic design method for the multi-storey timber structures was summarized.The elaboration on multi-storey timber structures was respectively carried out in terms of both engineering application and scientific research,for promoting the domestic development of multi-storey timber structures.
