摘要
通过4组16根木梁的试验,分析了开孔钢板配筋率和增强方式等对木梁破坏模式、极限荷载和抗弯刚度等的影响,并将开孔钢板增强木梁与未增强木梁进行了对比。试验结果表明,开孔钢板对木梁结构性能的增强作用明显,使得木梁破坏模式逐渐向延性的受压屈服破坏转变;相对于未增强木梁,增强木梁的极限荷载和抗弯刚度分别提高了26.6%~45.0%和7.0%~31.2%;通过开孔钢板的增强,木材的利用率明显提升,具体表现为木梁在破坏时的应变,尤其是压应变提高达50.0%左右,有利于节约木材。
Based on the experiment of four groups of 16 timber beams,the influence of reinforcement ratio and reinforcement method of perforated steel plate on the failure mode,ultimate load and flexural rigidity of timber beams was analyzed,and the comparison between the reinforced timber beams with perforated steel plate and the unreinforced timber beams was carried out.The experimental results show that the reinforced effect of perforated steel plate on the structural performance of timber beam is obvious,which makes the failure mode of timber beam gradually change to the ductile compression yield failure;compared with the unreinforced timber beam,the ultimate load and flexural rigidity of the reinforced timber beam are increased by 26.6%~45.0%and 7.0%~31.2%respectively;through the reinforcement of perforated steel plate,the utilization rate of timber beam is obviously improved,which is manifested in that the timber can be saved after the strain(especially the compressive strain)of the timber beam after the failure is increased to about 50.0%.
