摘要
总结了世界各主要标准体系的相关标准(IEC 60884系列、GB/T 2099系列、IEC 60669系列、GB/T 16915系列、英国BS 1363系列、澳大利亚/新西兰AS/NZS 3112、AS/NZS 3105、AS/NZS 3133、AS/NZS 3100、美国UL 498、UL 1363、UL 746C等)对插头、固定式插座、移动式插座和开关等电器附件在绝缘材料方面的耐热、耐燃、耐电痕化和力学等性能的要求,根据现有改性研究成果下的聚碳酸酯、尼龙和聚丙烯改性材料对这些要求的满足情况及其各自的优缺点进行了分析比较。最后,为电器附件制造者提供了具体的选材方案,并为材料改性的研究者提出了针对性较强的研究方向。
The relevant standards of major standards systems in the world(IEC 60884 series,GB/T 2099 series,IEC 60669 series,GB/T 16915 series,BS 1363 series,AS/NZS 3112,AS/NZS 3105,AS/NZS 3133,AS/NZS 3100,UL 498,UL 1363,UL 746C,etc.)for electrical accessories such as plugs,fixed socket-outlets,portable socket-outlets and switches,in terms of heat resistance,flame resistance,tracking resistance and mechanical strength of insulating materials were summarized.According to the existing modified research results of polycarbonate,nylon and polypropylene modified materials to meet the requirements of these standards and their respective advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared.Finally,a specific material selection scheme has been proposed for electrical accessories manufacturers,and a more targeted research direction has proposed for the researcher of material modification.
