摘要
采用自制的阻燃协效剂制备了本色及黑色阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)材料。该材料具有较高的阻燃等级,较高的力学性能,其相对漏电起痕指数(CTI)达到300 V,灼热丝起燃温度(GWIT)达到800℃,同时该材料具有优异的耐热性能,可广泛应用于断路器外壳及电容器领域。
A natural and black flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate( PBT) material was prepared by using a self-made flame retardant synergist. The material had a high flame retardant grade,high mechanical properties. The relative tracking index( CTI) could reach 300 V,the glow wire light-off temperature( GWIT) could achieve 800 ℃,and the material had excellent heat resistance. It was widely used in circuit breaker housings and capacitors.
