摘要
聚乙烯醇由于其分解温度与熔融温度接近,长期以来一直存在热塑性加工难的问题。希望采用少量离子液体作为聚乙烯醇(PVA)的热稳定剂,提高PVA热分解温度,从而获得PVA的热塑性加工窗口。实验结果表明:离子液体可使PVA的热分解温度及最快分解温度得到极大的提高。与纯的PVA相比,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC,0. 6%)和1-乙烯基-3-乙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BF4IL,3%)的加入分别为PVA提供了一个约90℃和100℃的加工窗口,并且它们的加入几乎不会影响PVA本身优异的透光性能。这将为PVA膜的热塑性加工提供出一个新的思路。
Because the decomposition temperature of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was close to the melting temperature,the thermoplastic processing had been difficult for a long time.A small amount of ionic liquid was used as the heat stabilizer of PVA to increase the decomposition temperature of PVA and then the thermoplastic processing window of PVA was obtained.The experimental results show that the ionic liquid could greatly improve the thermal decomposition temperature and the fastest decomposition temperature of PVA.Comparing with pure PVA,the addition of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)(0.6%)and 1-vinyl 3-ethylimidazole tetrafluoroborate(BF 4 IL)(3%)could provide a processing window of about 90℃and 100℃for PVA,respectively,and their addition hardly affects the excellent light transmittance of PVA itself.This could provide a new idea for the thermoplastic processing of PVA films.
