创新生态系统视野下的科创中心构建策略

The Strategy for Building Technological Innovation Centers from the Perspective of Innovation Ecosystem

创新是长期经济增长的根本动因,人类进入新经济时代之后,科技创新在经济社会发展中的作用更加凸显。伴随着全球经济格局的变化,全球科创中心在地理区位上也出现了向亚太转移的趋势。如何在中国的制度环境和产业结构之下打造全球科创中心,是摆在学界和实务界面前的重要课题。科创中心建设的核心是创新治理问题,每一个全球科创中心的成功都基于独特的创新生态系统。从创新生态系统的视角出发,通过国际经验的比较,对成功的科创中心必备要素进行分析,以期能为我国构建全球科创中心提供借鉴和参考。

Innovation is the essential driver for long-term economic growth. After human beings enter the new economic era, the role of scientific and technological innovation in economic and social development has become more prominent. With the change of the global economic pattern, the global technological innovation centers have also shown the tendency of transferring to the Asia Pacific region. Building a global technological innovation center in the context of China’s institutional environment and industrial structure is an important issue facing both the people in the academia and industries. The focus of this issue is innovation governance. The success of each global technological innovation center is unexceptionally based on their own unique innovation ecosystem. From the innovation ecosystem perspective, this article compares the international experience, and analyzes the essential factors of the successful technological innovation centers, so as to provide reference for China to build global technological innovation centers.
