摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定食用盐中亚铁氰化钾(以亚铁氰根计)含量,依据JJF1059.1-2012《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,从试样制备、标准曲线配制、重复性、标准工作曲线拟合等方面分析了不确定度来源。比较得出配制工作曲线过程中容量器具及重复性测定对不确定度的贡献较大,经计算得出食用盐中亚铁氰化钾含量的测定结果为X=(4.30±0.0980)mg/kg,k=2。
To detected the potassium ferrocyanide in edible salt by ultraviolet and visible(UV)spectrometry.According to the requirement and method of guidance on evaluating the uncertainty in chemical analysis,we analyzed the source of uncertainty evaluation from the aspects of sample preparation,standard curve preparation,repeatability,and standard working curve fitting.The result showed that capacity appliance during the formulating standard curve and repeatability determination contributes the most to synthetic uncertainty.The calculated potassium ferrocyanide content in edible salt was calculated as X=(4.30±0.0980)mg/kg,k=2.
