摘要
文章研究了一株水产用乳酸菌进行高密度发酵的培养条件,通过对培养基中的碳源、氮源及温度、pH值进行单因素实验,确定了乳酸菌高密度发酵的最佳条件。实验结果表明,当培养基中葡萄糖25 g/L、酵母粉20 g/L、NaCl 0.5 g/L、K 2HPO 41.5 g/L、硫酸锰0.3 g/L、硫酸镁0.5 g/L,pH值6.2、温度37℃时,乳酸菌密度最高。
In this article,the culture conditions of a high-density fermentation of lactic acid bacteria for aquatic were studied.The optimal conditions for high-density fermentation of lactic acid bacteria were determined by single factor experiments on carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature and pH.The experimental results showed that when the medium is glucose 25 g/L,yeast powder 20 g/L,NaCl 0.5 g/L,K 2HPO 41.5 g/L,MnSO 40.3 g/L,MgSO 40.5 g/L,pH 6.2,temperature 37℃,LAB has the highest density.
