老挝钾盐矿制钾后的卤水处理工艺研究

Process Study on Disposal Brine of Sylvite after Extraction Potassium Salt in Laos

采用干燥煅烧法代替蒸发结晶法,利用二水氯化镁,模拟盐田过程,制得尾卤并自产氧化镁,用于井下充填。该工艺一次投资低,可分步回收析出的各种原料,有利于环保。

Use drying and calcination to replace evaporation and crystalation,simulate salt field procedure by magnesium chloride dihydrate,then get tailing-brine and magnesium oxideto backfill the potash mine pit.Initial investment is lower,salts can be recovered stepwise,and benefits for economic by this process.
