摘要
隔热与磁力变压器应用在我国金属炼制业中所占的比例较大,局域规格多样、负荷分布复杂、运行调整多变等多方面的特点,因此通常需要采用动态并联应用的方式提升其供电功率因数和电压质量。文章开展隔热变压器与磁力变压器在金属镁连续精炼炉上并联使用的可行性的全面探讨,将从并联应用的原理和原则入手,对隔热与磁力变压器线路并联应用灵活开展进行深入的分析研究,希望可以实现金属镁连续精炼工作整体开展水平的提升。
The application of thermal insulation and magnetic transformer in China's metal refining industry accounts for a large proportion,with various local specifications,complex load distribution,variable operation adjustment and other characteristics.Therefore,it is usually necessary to use dynamic parallel application to improve its power factor and voltage quality.In this article,the feasibility of parallel operation of insulated transformer and magnetic transformer in continuous metal magnesium refining furnace is discussed.Starting from the principle and principle of parallel operation,the flexible parallel operation of insulated and magnetic transformer lines is analyzed and studied,hoping to improve the overall level of continuous metal magnesium refining.
