ZHANG Peiying Treats Dilated Cardiomyopathy from the Method of Healthy Qi Deficiency and Lingering Pathogen

张培影认为,扩张型心肌病之病机总在正虚邪实,提出"气阴两虚与瘀毒犯心并存"的创新理论,认为其病位主要在心,涉及肺、脾、肾等多脏腑。早期辨证多属心肺气虚兼感受外在毒邪,中期以心脾气阴两虚、痰瘀互结为主,晚期则心肾阳虚。治疗以多脏腑为靶点,兼顾虚实,总结出益气、解毒、调免、化纤的治疗原则,创立专病专方黄芪保心汤,缓解患者症状的同时更能改善长期预后。

Professor ZHANGPeiying believes that the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy lies in the healthy qi deficiency and lingering pathogen. He puts forward an innovative theory of "the coexistence of deficiency of both qi and yin and heart stasis and toxin", and he believes that the location of the disease is mainly in the heart, involving the lung, spleen, kidney and other viscera. Early syndrome differentiation is mainly due to deficiency of qi deficiency of heart and lung and external toxic pathogens. In the middle stage, deficiency of both heart and spleen yin, phlegm and blood stasis are the main causes, while in the late stage, deficiency of heart and kidney yang is the main cause.In the treatment of this disease, Professor ZHANG constructs a holistic concept, takes multiple zang-fu as the treatment target, give consideration to both deficiency and excess.He summarizes the treatment principle of "benefiting qi, detoxifying, regulating immunity, and eliminate fibrosis", and creates "HuangqiBaoxindecoction". This decoction can alleviate symptoms of patients and improve long-term prognosis of patients, and obtain good clinical effect.
