孙丽平教授认为治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染临证应首辨虚实,其关键证型为肺脾气虚证和食积内热证。错误的育儿观念,如母孕期过食肥甘、生后厚养和小儿"饮食不自节,冷暖不自知",导致了小儿反复呼吸道感染,临床以食积内热证多见,且食积内热证日久可转化为肺脾气虚证。反复易感不在正虚,而在积滞内热,孙丽平提出"清热即是扶正"的学术观点。以自拟清热消积饮加减联合穴位贴敷、刮痧和捏脊治疗。

Professor SUN Liping believes that the first step to analyze the pattern of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections(RRTIs) in children is to identify whether the patients is in excess or deficiency, and etiology for syndrome of qi deficiency of lung and spleen and endogenous heat due to food retention is the most important.Wrong childrearing concepts, such as overfeeding with fat during pregnancy, thick-nurturing after giving birth, and "unconscious diet and cold and warmth" in children, have led to repeated respiratory infections in children. Clinically, the syndrome of endogenous heat due to food retention is more common, and the syndrome of endogenous heat due to food retention can be transformed into a syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen qi. Repeated susceptibility is not the healthy qi deficiency, but endogenous heat due to food retention. Therefore, the academic method of "clearing heat is supportingvital qi" is put forward. The addition and subtraction of self-made Qingre Xiaoji Yin, combined with acupoint application, scraping andspinal pinching, which can play a role in preventing and treating the disease.
