中药促胃肠动力作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Promoting Gastrointestinal Motility

胃肠动力障碍性疾病在临床上比较常见,影响人们的身心健康和工作学习。中药在治疗胃肠动力障碍性疾病方面有确切的疗效,并且不良反应小,在临床上越来越受到重视。近年来,人们通过实验研究发现许多中药能够促进胃肠动力。其作用机制主要涉及对胃肠道神经递质、脑-肠肽、Cajal间质细胞和胃肠电活动的调节。通过对中药促进胃肠动力的实验结果进行整理和分析,总结中药促胃肠动力的作用机制,为临床上治疗胃肠动力障碍性疾病和开发促胃肠动力新药提供依据。

Disorders of gastrointestinal motility are common in clinical practice, which affect people’s physical and mental health and work and study. Traditional Chinese Medicine has definite curative effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders with fewer side effects, and has received more and more attention in clinical practice. In recent years, many experimental studies have found that many traditional Chinese medicines can promote gastrointestinal motility, and the mechanisms of action mainly involve the regulation of gastrointestinal neurotransmitters, brain-gut peptides, interstitial cells of Cajal, and gastrointestinal electrical activity. In this paper, the experimental research on the promotion of gastrointestinal motility by traditional Chinese medicine is collated and analyzed, and the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine to promote gastrointestinal motility is summarized, in order to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders and the development of new drugs for promoting gastrointestinal motility.
