摘要
主要基于新型冠状病毒肺炎这一社会突发事件带来的巨大社会影响,以及全国图书馆系统采取闭馆暂停实体业务措施的背景下,探讨利用互联网及媒体平台做到“服务不打烊”的必要性,并提出了具体策略,以期为图书馆提升及完善线上服务提供一定的参考。
This paper mainly discusses the necessity of using the Internet and media platform to achieve"service not closed"under the tremendous social impact of the COVID-19 pneumonia and with regard to the measures of closing all libraries nation-wide to suspend the on-spot business.It also recommends some concrete measures to provide some references for the libraries to improve online services.
