摘要
目的研究通过对正常儿童头颅CT三维重建后颅腔的测量,建立正常儿童颅腔体积等相关数据的增长曲线。方法收集包头医学院第一附属医院954例正常儿童的头颅CT影像数据,进行图像三维重建,测量重建的颅腔体积和其他相关参数。对不同年龄段、性别儿童的颅腔数据进行比较分析。结果(1)相同年龄段的男性儿童的颅腔体积明显大于女性儿童;(2)颅腔体积随年龄变化的拟合方程:颅腔体积=982.6×X^0.1302,根据拟合方程预测的结果,发现颅腔体积增长速度逐渐减缓,0~2岁为儿童颅腔体积的迅速增长期;(3)颅腔体积变化的拟合回归方程:颅腔体积=6.535×颅长+0.059×颅宽+4.182×颅高-349.193,根据回归方程推测,颅长的变化对颅腔体积变化的影响最大;(4)正常儿童的前囟在出生后4~6个月最大,之后逐渐减小,在2.5岁前闭合。结论儿童颅腔体积呈幂函数曲线增长。结合儿童颅腔体积增长的特点,建议儿童颅骨缺损的修补成形术在2岁及之后进行。
Objective To establish a growth curve of normal children's cranial volume and other related data by measuring the cranial cavity after three-dimensional reconstruction of normal children's head CT.Methods A total of 954 CT images of normal children in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were collected and the cranial cavity was measured.Results(1)The cranial volume of males in the same age group was larger than that of females.(2)The fitting equation of cranial cavity volume with age:cranial cavity volume=982.6×X^0.1302.According to the results predicted by the fitting equation,the volume growth rate of cranial cavity was gradually slowed down,and the cranial volume of children was rapidly increasing between 0 and 2 years old.(3)Cranial cavity volume=6.535×cranial length+0.059×cranial width+4.182×cranial height-349.193,according to the regression equation,the cranial length contributed the most to changes in cranial volume.(4)The anterior sputum of normal children was the largest from 4 to 6 months old,then gradually decreased,and closed before 2.5 years old.Conclusions The cranial volume of children grows with a power function curve.In combination with the growth of cranial volume in children,it is recommended that children with cranial defect repair be performed at 2 years old and later.
