miRNA在髓母细胞瘤中的作用研究进展

Progress of miRNA in medulloblastoma

髓母细胞瘤(MB)是儿童中枢神经系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤。在MB的各亚型中,均有miRNA异常表达。研究发现,miRNA在MB的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用。miRNA通过调控下游靶基因和参与调控细胞分化、生长、迁移和凋亡的关键信号通路,影响MB细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移等。本文就miRNA在MB中的作用研究进展进行综述。

Medulloblastoma(MB)is the most common malignant tumor in the central nervous system in children.In each subtype of MB,miRNAs have abnormal expression.The study found that miRNA plays a crucial role in the development of MB.miRNAs affect the proliferation,invasion and migration of MB cells by regulating downstream target genes and participating in key signaling pathways that regulate cell differentiation,growth,migration and apoptosis.This article reviews the progress of miRNA research in MB.
