推进国家治理现代化的文化路径探析

文化是国家和民族之魂,也是国家治理之魂。推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,需要文化给予支撑。进入新时代,在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下,迈入了坚持和完善中国特色社会主义先进文化制度、实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的新征程。其中马克思主义是实现国家治理现代化的根本指引,社会主义核心价值观是实现国家治理现代化的价值遵循,中国特色社会主义文化则为国家治理提供最深厚的思想滋养。面对党的十九届四中全会提出的新任务新要求,亟需发挥文化在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中的滋养功能。

Culture is not only the soul of the country and the nation,but also the soul of national governance.To promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,we need the support of culture.In the new era,under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics,we have entered the new journey of upholding and improving the advanced socialist culture system with Chinese characteristics,realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Among them,Marxism is the fundamental guide to realize the modernization of national governance,the socialist core values are the value guidelines to realize the modernization of national governance,and the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics provides the deepest ideological nourishment for national governance.In the face of the new tasks and requirements put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,it is urgent to give full play to the nourishing function of culture in promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
