摘要
世界文化遗产是优质旅游资源的象征,其外宣英译在打造国际化文旅品牌的过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。针对辽宁省世界文化遗产外宣英译的现状以及存在的问题,提出改进现状的现实要求,需要政府职能部门、遗产地管理者、译者和学界等多方的协同联动。其中,政府职能部门要提高对世界文化遗产外宣英译重要性的认识,发挥主导作用,加大监管力度;世界文化遗产地管理者要拥有国际视野,不断完善双语解说系统,加强外宣网络平台建设;译者要掌握外宣翻译的理论和方法,充分了解翻译所涉及的世界文化遗产项目;学界要提升对世界文化遗产外宣英译的关注度。唯有如此,才能使辽宁世界文化遗产外宣英译更为系统和规范,促进地域特色文化的对外传播以及不同文明的交流互鉴。
World Cultural Heritage represents high-quality tourism resources and its publicity-oriented C-E translation plays an indispensable role in establishing the international cultural tourism brand.Aiming at the status quo and existing problems of the publicity-oriented C-E translation of the World Cultural Heritage in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward that improving the status quo requires the coordination of the government departments,the heritage site managers,the translators and the academic circles.Specifically,the government departments should attach importance to the publicity-oriented C-E translation of World Cultural Heritage,playing a leading role and strengthening the supervision;the heritage site managers should have the international vision,improve the system of bilingual interpretations,and strengthen the construction of the network platform for publicity;the translators should grasp the relevant theories and methods of publicity-oriented C-E translation and have a good knowledge of the specific cultural heritage project;the academic circles should pay more attention to this field of research.Only in this way can the publicityoriented C-E translation of the World Cultural Heritage in Liaoning Province be more systematic and standardized,thereby promoting the external dissemination of Liaoning regional culture and the exchanges of different civilizations.
