摘要
云南蕊木(Kopsia officinalis)枝叶用甲醇提取,利用多种层析方法,包括Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和正、反硅胶柱色谱,对甲醇提取物部分进行生物碱成分分离纯化,分离得到5个单萜吲哚生物碱。根据波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:fruticosamine(1)、fruticosine(2)、kopsinine(3)、(-)-N-methoxycarbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxy kopsinaline(4)和kopsinidine A(5)。其中生物碱1是从云南蕊木中首次分离得到。
Five monoterpene indole alkaloids were isolated from the methanol extract of the twigs and leaves of Kopsia offi cinalis by silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reversed-phase chromatography.With spectroscopic analysis combined with their physicochemical date,the structures of these indole alkaloids were identified as fruticosamine(1),fruticosine(2),kopsinine(3),(-)-N-methoxycarbonyl-11,12-methylenedioxy kopsinaline(4)and kopsinidine A(5).Among,alkaloid 1 was obtained from the plant for the first time.
