摘要
目的明确红核妇洁洗液的化学物质基础。方法取红核妇洁洗液样品,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行成分分析。气相色谱条件:色谱柱TG-5SilMS快速分离毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);进样口温度:240℃;程序升温条件:初始温度40℃,保持3 min,以升温速率15℃·min^-1升至100℃,再以8℃·min^-1升至270℃,保持7 min;载气:高纯氦,恒流流速2.0 mL·min^-1;进样方式:分流进样,分流比为50∶1。质谱条件:电子轰击(EI)离子源,电子能量70 eV,离子源300℃,接口温度280℃,质量扫描范围45~650 amu。结果从红核妇洁洗液样品中共鉴定出92个化合物,占挥发性成分总量的91.33%。结论红核妇洁洗液的主要成分包括:愈创木酚、4-甲基愈创木酚、4-乙基愈创木酚、2,6-二甲氧基苯酚等。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Honghe Fujie Lotion(HHFJ).Methods The HHFJ was analyzed by GC-MS.The determination was performed on TG-5SilMS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)and the injector temperature was 240℃.The temperature programming starts at 40℃,kept for 3 min,then rising to 100℃(15℃·min^-1),and continued to 270℃(8℃·min^-1),kept for 7 min.Helium was used as carrier gas at the flow rate of 2 mL·min^-1,and the split ratio was 50∶1.The iron source wans EI and the electron energy was 70 eV.The temperature of iron source was 300℃,and interface temperature was 280℃.The scanning range of ion mass was from 45 amu to 650 amu.Results A total of 92 peaks were identified from HHFJ,accounting for 91.33%of the total peaks.Conclusion Major components in HHFJ include 2-methoxy-phenol,2-methoxy-4-methylphenol,4-ethyl-2-methoxy-phenol,2,6-dimethoxy-phenol and so on.
