摘要
本文通过千金子炮制前后化学成分变化,以及炮制前后毒性和药效作用比较研究,对千金子炮制减毒机理进行了概述,为千金子的安全有效利用提供更全面的依据。
In this paper,the mechanism of attenuation of Semen Euphorbiae were summarized by comparing the changes of chemical composition before and after processing,toxicity and pharmacodynamics before and after processing,to provided a more comprehensive basis for the safe and effective utilization of Semen Euphorbiae.
