摘要
为了研究开发一种煤矿井下锚杆回收的装置,采用中空螺旋钻的设计思路,先对总体方案进行设计,然后对具体部件的功能、参数进行设计。根据设计结果进行产品的试制,对于不同的产品设计方案进行现场优化试验研究,通过考察每种回收方案的回收时间、排渣效果、劳动强度、稳定性及回收锚杆的完整性等指标,优化得出最佳设计钻杆内径28 mm,外径38 mm,管壁厚5 mm,螺旋叶片高10 mm,螺旋叶片宽8 mm;钻头采用三截齿钻头,内径26 mm,外径60 mm;防啃内环内径22 mm,外径24 mm,厚1 mm。
In order to develop a kind of mine bolt recovery device,the design idea of hollow auger was adopted.First,the overall scheme was designed,and then the function and parameters of specific components were designed.In the field test,by analyzing the recovery time,slag removal effect,labor intensity,stability,and integrity of recovered anchor of each recovery plan,the optimum design scheme was obtained,that is,the drill pipe inner diameter is 28 mm,the outer diameter is 38 mm,the pipe wall thickness is 5 mm,the spiral blade height is 10 mm,the spiral blade width is 8 mm,the drill bit adopts the three section bit,the inner diameter is 26 mm,the outer diameter is 60 mm,the inner diameter of anti-gnawing inner ring is 22 mm,the outer diameter is 24 mm and the thickness is 1 mm.
