摘要
为了湿法和高温处理制备Mg改性LiNi0.82Co0.15Al0.03O2材料及材料的性能研究,结合扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、表面残余碱含量和电化学性能测试对材料进行表征。结果表明,湿法Mg改性高温处理LiNi0.82Co0.15Al0.03O2材料具有良好的形貌和层状结构,材料LiOH和Li2CO3含量为0.19%和0.26%,材料在3.0~4.3 V,0.1 C下的放电容量为202.4 mAh/g,首次效率为90.4%;1 C下的首次放电容量为180.2 mAh/g,100周循环后的容量保持率94.4%。后续重点需研究如何控制表面残余碱含量与实际包覆量对应关系,如何优化实验过程为产业化应用提供参考。
The Mg-modified LiNi0.82Co0.15Al0.03O2 cathode material is prepared by the wet process and high temperature treatment.Combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique,surface residual alkali content and electrochemical performance test,the properties of the modified materials were characterized.The results show that the LiNi0.82Co0.15Al0.03O2 material modified by wet Mg has good morphology and layered structure,the content of LiOH and Li 2CO 3 is 0.19%and 0.26%,the discharge capacity of the material is 202.4 mAh/g at 3.0~4.3 V and 0.1 C,the first efficiency is 90.4%,and under 1 C condition,the first discharge capacity of the material is 180.2 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate after 100 weeks circulation is 94.4%.Finally,the relationship between the surface residual alkali content and the actual coverage,and the optimization of the experimental process were proposed to provide a reference for industrial application.
