银纳米线透明导电薄膜在触控单元的应用与挑战

摘要 采用卷对卷涂布机湿法涂布制备的银纳米线薄膜,其薄膜方阻可低至40Ω/□以下,在400~700 nm可见光波段透过率89%以上,环境测试性能稳定,高温高湿及抗紫外(QUV)测试,方阻变化率小于15%,耐弯折性能优异,可满足触控设备的柔性化,大尺寸化的发展需求。同时研究发现,采用黄光湿法刻蚀银纳米线薄膜,传统刻蚀液无法有效刻蚀银线。采用激光干法刻蚀时,刻蚀沟道宽度与银线长度相当,则存在沟道阻抗变化较大的问题。这些问题阻碍了银纳米线薄膜的产业化应用,需尽快解决,使银纳米线薄膜真正成为柔性化可穿戴触控设备的重要透明导电材料。 The silver nanowire film prepared by the roll to roll coater has the characteristic that the square resistance of the film is as low as 40Ω/□,the transmittance of the film is over 89%in the visible wave band of 400~700 nm,the environmental test performance is stable,the resistance change rate under high temperature,high humidity and QUV test is less than 15%,and the bending resistance is excellent,which can meet the development needs of flexibility and large-scale of touch control devices.It is found that the traditional etching solution can not effectively etch the silver nanowire film when using yellow light wet etching method,and the width of the etching channel is equivalent to the length of the silver nanowire when using laser dry etching method,and the channel impedance changes greatly.These problems hinder the industrial application of the silver nanowire film,which needs to be solved as soon as possible,so that the silver nanowire film really becomes an important transparent and conductive material for flexible wearable touch devices.
