摘要
针对矿井瓦斯抽采浓度低、流量小等问题,为了提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率,利用超声波能够有效提高瓦斯解吸量,增加钻孔抽采效果的特性,研制了大功率棒型超声波换能器,形成了“换能器-辐射棒体”振动系统,并在双龙煤矿201运输顺槽开展试验研究,试验结果表明:水平方向上距离超声波作业孔5 m范围内超声波影响较为显著,瓦斯浓度提高了40%~94.7%,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了139%~240%,且距离超声波作业钻孔越近,超声激励作用效果越显著,超声波对较远距离钻孔的影响是逐步提升的,随着时间的增长其作用效果越明显。
In view of the problems of low concentration and small flow of gas extraction,in order to improve the efficiency of gas extraction in the coal seam,using the characteristics of ultrasonic wave that can effectively improve the gas desorption and drainage effect,the high-power rod-type ultrasonic transducer was developed,the“transducer-radiation rod body”vibration system was formed,and the test research was carried out in Shuanglong coal mine.The test results show that the ultrasonic effect is more significant within 5m from the ultrasonic operation hole in the horizontal direction,the gas concentration is increased by 40%~94.7%,and the gas extraction volume is increased by 139%~240%.The closer the borehole is to the ultrasonic operation,the more significant the effect of ultrasonic excitation is.However,the longer the borehole is to the ultrasonic operation,the better the effect will be with the increase of time.
