危险化学品的管理是煤质分析检测实验室实现安全高效运营的重要课题之一。为了管好危险化学品,首先简要介绍了煤质分析在煤炭生产和加工中的重要性;其次,重点介绍了煤质分析检测实验室危化品的安全管理现状和相应的安全管理措施。分别从采购、储存、使用和处置等环节分析了危险化学品安全管理的特点,并针对以上特点提出了完善危化品存储设施、健全制度建设、严格施行全流程管控、加强安全教育培训等措施。最后,对危化品安全管理工作提出了一些建议。

The management of hazardous chemicals is one of the important issues for coal quality analysis and testing laboratory to realize safe and efficient operation.In order to manage the dangerous chemicals well,the importance of coal quality analysis in coal production and processing is briefly introduced,and the safety management status and corresponding safety measures of dangerous chemicals in coal quality analysis and testing laboratory were analyzed.Based on the characteristics of hazardous chemicals safety management,some corresponding measures such as perfecting hazardous chemicals storage facilities,improving management system construction,strictly implementing whole process control,strengthening safety education and training were put forward,and some suggestions for hazardous chemicals safety management were proposed.
