大熊猫肠道菌群的研究进展

Research on Giant Panda Intestinal Flora

大熊猫是我国特有的濒危珍惜物种,有“国宝”和“活化石”之称。肠道菌群对大熊猫的消化、疾病等有重要影响,随着分子生物学和生物信息学的快速发展,对大熊猫肠道菌群结构和功能有了更深层次的认识。本文综述大熊猫肠道菌群结构及其部分生物学特性研究进展,为大熊猫保护提供参考。

Giant pandas are endangered and precious species endemic to China,and are known as"national treasures"and"living fossils".The intestinal flora has an important influence on the digestion and diseases of the giant pandas.With the rapid development of molecular biology and bioinformatics,there has been a deeper understanding of the structure and function of the panda's intestinal flora.This article reviewed the research progress on the structure of intestinal flora and some biological characteristics of intestinal flora from giant pandas,and provided references for the protection of giant pandas.
