Research Progress on Quercetin Application in Livestock and Poultry Production

随着药物类抗生素在饲料中的禁用,寻找抗生素代替品成为当前的研究热点。天然植物提取物槲皮素作为饲料添加剂在畜牧生产中逐渐崭露头角。文章重点阐述槲皮素在抗氧化、抗炎免疫、抗肿瘤等方面的生物活性,并进一步总结槲皮素在畜牧业的应用进展。

With the prohibition of drug antibiotics in feed,the search for antibiotic substitutes has become a hot research topic.Quercetin,a natural plant extract,has gradually emerged as a feed additive in animal husbandry.This paper reviewed the biological activities of quercetin in anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory immunity,anti-tumor and other aspects,and further summarized the application progress of quercetin in animal husbandry.
