华胜煤业3105综采工作面矿压显现规律研究

摘要 针对华胜煤业3105综采工作面受高强度采动影响,围岩稳定难以控制的难题,采用数值模拟与现场实际观测相结合的方法对其采场矿压显现规律进行了分析。结果表明,工作面分别推进到40 m、90 m和120 m时,支承压力的峰值分别在8 m、12 m和15 m左右,影响范围分别在40 m、45 m和45 m左右,最大支承压力分别为8.3 MPa、11.2 MPa和11.6 MPa。3105工作面上部、中部和下部的平均周期来压步距为17.3 m、19.4 m和16 m,工作面的平均周期来压步距为17.6 m;周期来压期间支架的平均末阻力分别为6262.7 kN、7471.6 kN和7580.5 kN,平均值为104.9 kN;影响范围分别为5.4 m、7.4 m、5.8 m,平均值为6.5 m。监测断面顶板累计下沉159.8 mm,两帮累计的相对收敛量达到了92.5 mm。 In view of the difficult problem that the 3105 fully mechanized mining face of Huasheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.was affected by high-intensity mining and the surrounding rock stability was difficult to control,the law of strata behaviors in its stope was analyzed by the method of numerical simulation and field observation.The results show that when the working face was ad-vanced to 40 m,90 m and 120 m respectively,the peak value of the bearing pressure was about 8 m,12 m and 15 m respectively,the range of influence was about 40 m,45 m and 45 m respectively,and the maximum bearing pressure was 8.3 MPa,11.2 MPa and 11.6 MPa respectively.The average periodic weighting steps of the upper,middle and lower parts of 3105 working face were 17.3 m,19.4 m and 16 m,so the average periodic weighting step of the working face was 17.6 m;the average end resistance of the support during the periodic weighting was 6262.7 kN,7471.6 kN and 7580.5 kN,respectively,with an average value of 104.9 kN;the influence range was 5.4 m,7.4 m and 5.8 m,with an average value of 6.5 m.The total roof subsidence of the monitoring section was 159.8 mm,and the relative convergence of the two sides was 92.5 mm.
