摘要
以液压支架电液控制系统故障快速诊断为对象开展探究,在系统应急改造分析的基础上,针对基于大数据技术构建而成的决策服务平台进行全面介绍。实践表明,所构建的大数据决策服务平台能够实现对液压支架电液系统故障的快速诊断,对于推动矿井生产综合效益提升具有重要作用。
This paper explored the fast fault diagnosis of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support.Based on the an-alysis of system emergency reconstruction,the decision-making service platform based on big data technology was comprehen-sively introduced.The practice shows that the big data decision-making service platform can realize the fast diagnosis of the hyd-raulic support electro-hydraulic system fault,which plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive benefits of mine pro-duction.
